Do you offer custom layer stack up?
We manfuacture prototype boards based on default layer stack up. If you need custom layer stack up, please switch to our Standard PCB service.
Feel free to request our standard layer stackup at Sales@gct-bond.com - don't forget to tell us your PCB thickness and layer count.
Can you handle controlled impedance requirements?
Yes. Our Standard PCB service offers impedance control option.
You may submit the order on PCB Quote page , make a note ""please control impedance within **"" at the Special Requirement Note section.
Then submit the order, upload files and release the payment. Your requirement will be known as manufacturing starts.
Can you perform an X-ray inspection after assembly?
After assembly, we can launch X-ray test on QFN, LGA, BGA and other components which have bottom pads.
Extra cost will be charged for X-ray test.
Can you program my chip?
Yes. We require Progrmmer, detailed programming files and steps to proceed.
How can I request a quote?

Please provide information about the type of PCB, quantity, dimensions, and any other special requirements, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
The turnaround time depends on the scale of your order and the type of PCB requested.
For standard PCB samples, the production time is 1-7 days, small batch production time is 7-10 days, and large order production time is 12-25 days.
We strive to complete production and arrange delivery in the shortest possible time.
What are our quality control standards?
Our company strictly adheres to the IPC, ISO, UL & IATF quality management system and maintains rigorous quality control procedures.
We conduct multiple tests and inspections to ensure that each PCB meets client requirements and industry standards.

Do you provide free samples?
We do not offer free PCBs. If you want to verify our quality prior to volume production, it's optimal to submit a prototype order.
How can I submit design files?
You can upload your design files through the upload function on our website or send them to our designated email address.
Ensure that your files are in common PCB design formats, such as Gerber files
(RS274X, ODB++++, DXF, PCB, PCB file and other formats for PCB;
BOM (Bill of Components), pick and place file (txt format), real sample picture or 3D PDF version file, etc. for PCBA).
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely! We welcome orders from customers all around the globe.
We can arrange international shipping and provide relevant customs documentation.
Freight?
Usually we offer EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF and DDU terms, if there is no special request, the default terms of quotation is FOB TW.
Please let me know the terms if you have any requirements.
We cooperate with express companies, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS, air and sea are also optional.
The shipping cost is determined by the destination, weight, packing size of the goods. If you need us to quote you the shipping cost, please let us know.
